You see, before we can even attempt to make changes to our eating habits we first need to get rid of all the junk food that is still lingering in our system and reset our taste buds.

How does an apple taste after eating a doughnut? Not fantastic, right! This is because your taste buds have been overstimulated and desensitized by all the sugar, artificial colourings and flavourings in the doughnut.

Once you stop introducing processed food into your body for a period of time you’ll find that eating healthy whole foods will give you just as much, if not more enjoyment than your previous beloved processed foods. You will fall in love with your healthy, wholesome diet!
